私の英語ノート 2018/02/14

一応バレンタインデーは男性が女性を崇める日だとおぼえておこう。過去に何度か記事にしたが女性が男性を追っかける日ではない。そこで、dominatrix SMプレイの女帝 を思い出してしまった。一応明日の記事にするが、単純な単語だからどうのこうのということはない。一応、dominatrix, index, vortex を複数形にすると、dominatrices, indices, vortices となることをおぼえておけばいい。

私の英語ノートの下から六行目の queen and country は for queen and country, protect queen and country のことで、お国のため、すわ鎌倉に近い響きがある。1:14 Queen and country, James. お国のためですよ。
