お代わりを英語でなんと言うか？

基本的には another helping です。second helping （二杯目、最初のお代わり）, third helping （三杯目、二度目のお代わり）, fourth helping （四杯目、三度目のお代わり）、、、すべてが another helping であると言えます。とすれば、一杯目は当然、first helping です。大切なことは helping が杯（はい）という一回分の食べる分量を表していることです。だから、「お代わりください」の意味は「もう一杯ください」になる。0:20 I know this will be my fourth helping, but may I please have some more? 三度目のお代わりになるけど、いい？
