アメリカではアタマジラミが増えているらしい

アタマジラミは head lice だが、これは個人の衛生管理よりも公衆衛生の問題。戦後の日本では頭にDDTを散布してアタマジラミ駆除した。だから、アタマジラミが増えているということはすなわち公衆衛生が悪化していると言う意味だ。ちなみに、アタマジラミはアメリカで問題になってきたようだが、フランスでは日常茶飯事の問題らしい。0:01 head lice are giant nuisance. and they are now becoming a lot harder to get rid of.
