逃げ口上(にげこうじょう)を英語でなんと言うか？

以前紹介した cop out の名詞形 cop-out が逃げ口上です。1:08 even though Sony has made 'The Interview' available online for anyone to buy or rent, a lot of people tell us they had to come to the theater and watch it on the big screen. I think downloading, it would've been a bit of a cop-out. この北朝鮮からのテロ予告がされている映画を映画館で見ないで、ダウンロードして安全な我が家でこっそり見るのはちょっと弱腰だね。
