神聖なるもの

仙骨を英語でsacrumと言う。聖なる骨(sacred bone)くらいの意味だ。秘部に近いからなのか？そういえば、くだらない冗談なんだが、韓国には結婚はしたがおチンチンを忘れて来てしまった、、、という寒いやつがある。sanctity（神聖さ）もsacrosanct（神聖不可侵）もsacrumと同じ語源だ。7:21 although my marriage didn't work out, I still wholeheartedly believe in the sanctity of the institution. 私の結婚はうまくいかなかったけれど男女が結ばれる結婚は神聖なものだと心から思っている。注；marriage = institution
